Opera debuts in May, 2025
In May 2025, several promising young singers from the opera company of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre will make their debuts in opera productions. Though new to the theatre, they have already caught the attention of audiences.

Natalia Tsyupa has received federal medal for her contribution to culture and the arts
On the eve of the celebrations of Spring and Labour Day, the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Mikhail Kotyukov presented state and regional awards to residents of the Region. Among the recipients was Natalia Tsyupa, Head of the Children’s Opera Studio at the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre and Honoured Cultural Figure of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

The winners of the Russian Competition of Ballet Dancers and Choreographers are announced in Moscow
The jury read out the results of the Russian Competition of Ballet Dancers and Choreographers in the nominated category Classical Dance. Among the winners of the competition held between 19 and 26 April, 2025, in Yoshkar-Ola, are Ksenia Krentovskaya and Anastasia Svetlishina, dancers from the ballet company of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera House.

Anastasia Osokina is a laureate of the Russian Competition of Pedagogical Excellence
Anastasia Osokina, soloist and tutor of the ballet company of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre successfully took part in the 2nd Sakharova Open Russian Competition of Pedagogical Excellence. She took 2nd place in the category Teachers of Vocational Education nominated in Teaching Folk Stage Dance.
